We’re all set to go to a range on April 5th. Mike, Judi and I have the day off, so now we’re just waiting to find out if its the Fairfax Rod and Gun Club or Clark Brothers. Will let everyone know as soon as I find out.

We are confirmed for Big Mac for this weekend. We’ll form a more specific plan as we get closer to the date, but it will be similar to our last trip, save for the pistol training. Hopefully by then the adults will have our rifle and muzzle loading training done, so we can work with some black powder.

When Judi, Phil, Ian and I went to the gun show this month I bought my first service rifle - a Colt match competition grade AR-15. We took it to Big Mac with us this past weekend and got to shoot it for the first time. Man, what a lot of fun! I let everyone else have some rifle time with it too, and everyone loved it. Especially the girls. Sorry - young ladies.
Can’t wait till we start working with the Fairfax Rod and Gun Club in a few weeks.
